Anna's
Expertise and Passion for Helping You Anna Blaszczyk
created and conducts the Viavere services. Her one of a kind background has led her to create one of a kind services. Anna
was born in Poland, and immigrated to the United States as a child. She served in the U.S. Navy, graduating from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1997 with a Systems Engineering degree, and pursuing a nuclear
engineering path. She received her MBA
from the Wharton School in 2004, where she discovered that her passion was social psychology, research, and empowering
people. Thus, she went on to pursue a PhD in Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a consultant
to the Wharton MBA Career Management office for over two years. From all this
experience, Viavere was born. She continues to pursue her PhD in Sociology. Anna's passion for wanting to understand how people think and interact is what drives her to figure out how you
can communicate with your audience in the best possible way. Her exposure to all these different environments, including Eastern
Europe and many other places, has taught her how to communicate effectively
with many different people. Her business experience, time at Wharton, and time with Wharton's MBA Career Management office
have given her an excellent understanding of what it takes to succeed at the job
search process. Her engineering background gives her a unique ability to think logically, identify key factors that
drive decisions, and develop frameworks that you won't get anywhere else.
Finally, her innate passion for teaching, empowering, and helping people makes
