Who is Anna Blaszczyk, Founder and President? Anna Blaszczyk created and conducts the Viavere services. Her one of a kind background has led her to create outstanding
services for you. Anna was born in Poland, and immigrated to the United States as a child. She served in the U.S. Navy, graduating
from the U. S. Naval Academy with a Systems Engineering degree, and pursuing a nuclear engineering path. After the Navy, she
received her MBA from The Wharton School, where she discovered her passion for social psychology, as well as research, teaching,
and empowering people. She later worked for the Wharton MBA Career Management office and began to pursue her Ph.D. in sociology
at the University of Pennsylvania, having recently attained her masters. From all this experience, Viavere was born. In sum, Anna can understand and communicate with engineers, business experts,
scientists or anyone else in the work world - whether these people are clients or work at the institutions which she researches.
Her breadth of talents has enabled her to help clients ranging from NASA employees to music teachers. Because of her wide
